Meet The Team
Co-founder of Frame and Mum-hood, Pip has been teaching Mumhood classes at Frame for over 5 years and is hugely passionate about supporting women on their journey through Mumhood.
Mum to Phin (4) and Romilly (2), Pip has found that taking time to look after both her physical and mental wellbeing has been a huge help whilst navigating the unknown territory of being a new mum! Learning that little and often wins the race, that learning to breathe to calm your mind really can “save the day” and that exercise really is a fantastic substitute to a glass of wine, whether to unwind or energise!!
You’ll find Pip teaching classes at Frame, in our Fit Mums programme online, and often talking on panels and hosting events to build the Active Mum Community that is Mumhood.
Co-founder of Frame and Mum-hood, you’ll find Joan teaching on the Mumhood Pregnancy Programme online and tutoring on our Pre and Postnatal Academy course.
Joan is mum to Zayden (5) and Jayla (2) and is proof that with positive energy, you can achieve pretty much anything. She is also Queen of the ‘MumHack’ so if in doubt “ask Joan” ;-)
When Joan became pregnant with Zayden, it opened her eyes to the lack of reliable and useful information out there, regarding pre and post-natal exercise, which was the catalyst behind the creation of Mumhood. Being a Kiwi, she loves being outside close to nature and is a massive advocate of how this, coupled with regular movement can help keep our minds and bodies happy and healthy.
Shelley’s journey into the health and fitness industry began with a passion for netball and athletics which led to a degree in Sports Science from the University of Brighton and then a lecturer in the same subject. She then became a personal trainer and fitness tutor, delivering and assessing personal training and CPD courses ranging from studio cycling, suspension training, exercise to music, and sports massage.
Shelley’s passion is to make women feel strong enough to take on their own challenges. “Many of my friends and family have suffered difficulties and complications pre and post natal, and so experiencing such a range of different journeys close to me has given me the knowledge and determination to make this journey for others become more physically and mentally beneficial on the mind and body. Working closely with pre and post natal ladies both in physical training and sports therapy has enabled a reduction in postural issues and an increase in core stability.”
Caroline has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and specialised in Pre and Post natal for 6 years.
She is Master Trainer for the Mumhood classes in Frame Studios and Cotutor on the Frame Academy Pre and post Natal qualification. You’ll find Caroline instructing in the Phase 2 Postnatal Programme online.
She has recently completed the Female Athlete Level 1 with Antony Lo and Post Partum Core specialist course with Sarah Duval.

Keziah is a Pilates teacher and Tutor and has done extensive Pilates teacher training with Stott Pilates and Polestar Pilates. She is also a senior Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. You’ll find her teaching the yoga in the online Pregnancy Programme. She’s also a mum of 2 daughters; 4 and 6 months.
Keziah is passionate about movement and teaches mat-work, advanced mat work, reformer, studio and all the equipment. She practices contemporary and classical Pilates and has been teaching in some of London’s top studio’s including Frame for over 10 years.
Originally trained as a dancer, movement has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She began her teaching career as a dance teacher and moved on to include yoga, Thai-yoga massage, Pilates the Gyrotonic method, Pre and postnatal Pilates and yoga.
She loves anything to do with movement, and believes that movement has the power to heal, connect and can be an expression of the soul. In her spare time is a children’s book author.
Diana Van Heerden
Diana has been teaching Mumhood classes for 8 years and you will find her instructing in the Phase 2 Postnatal Programme online.
She is a mother of 2 (7 year old & 3 year old) and holds qualifications in US Mommy & Baby programme, Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Weight Lifting.
Diana is extremely passionate about keeping women strong and healthy pre- and post natal. This is the phase of life when the most physical and mental support is needed as so many changes are happening physically and in lifestyles too, so she finds it extremely rewarding to keep women fit, healthy and most of all happy.

Clare is a Specialist Physiotherapist in Pelvic and Women’s Health who is a key member of the Mumhood team, signing off all our classes / programmes to ensure that they are safe and effective. We run regular workshops with Clare, which we highly recommend you attend as she is an incredible fountain of knowledge!
Clare has worked at London’s leading teaching hospitals, including King’s College, Imperial College and St. George’s, as well as the prestigious Lindo Wing and Portland Hospital.

Lindsay is a Pilates teacher, who specialises in pre and post-natal. She is also a mum of 2 lovely girls (5 and 3). You’ll find Lindsay teaching our Postnatal Phase 1 Programme online.
Lindsay was one of our first ever Mumhood teachers at Frame, who moved back to North America 3 years ago.
The Mumhood Online Programmes were the perfect reason to get Lindsay back involved in Mumhood, and to allow us to share her expertise and knowledge with as many of you as possible.
The amazingly positive feedback that we get from the Phase 1 Programme is testament to Lindsay’s amazing teaching.
Kristy Coleman, is a registered Nutritionist and mum of one. With her evidence based, practical and back to basics approach, Kristy’s mission is to empower busy and active mums to manage and maximise their health and wellbeing. Kristy also has a special interest in nutrition for exercise and gut health.
Kristy runs regular weaning and postnatal nutrition workshops at Frame. She is also the brains behind the nutrition guidelines that come with our online programmes. Kristy does 1-2-1 consultations too if you would like more personalised advice.
Masie has been teaching Pregnancy yoga at Frame for 4 years and both Pip and Joan attended her classes on a regular basis when they were pregnant. Masie brings her sense of calm and awareness to our online meditations you’ll be doing as part of the programmes.
Masie originally trained in Vinyasa flow, pre and post natal training with Yoga London in 2015 which means that her Pregnancy Yoga Classes still have an element of flow, perfect for those who want a slightly more up-tempo class.
She is always inspired by the sense of community that pre & post natal yoga can foster and enjoys the specialism as it takes the ego out of a yoga practice and really allows for a deeper connection. ”It’s wonderful to be surrounded by strong women during this exciting time in their lives.”
Emma Hayward, M.Ost DPO, is a Registered Osteopath, Specialist Paediatric Osteopath and Clinical Pilates teacher and mother of two. She works extensively with pre and postnatal women, their babies and children to support life long health for the whole family.
She combines both hands on osteopathic treatment and clinical pilates to help support women from preconception and throughout pregnancy to keep them comfortable and active. She also works with women to support optimal foetal positiong for birth and believes this work can not only support an easier birth but also potentially give baby more optimal space to grow comfortably. Keeping mum and baby comfortable during pregnancy helps support their health, recovery and ease into the post partum period and beyond.
Emma teaches prenatal Pilates and optimal foetal positing workshops for mumhood at Frame. She also works in private practice in South London and runs her own Practice in Whitstable, Kent.
